Sales & Application Specialist

Sales & Application Specialist position would be based on Trivandrum.

We are looking for someone with less than 02 years of experience in the sales of dental consumables or products, preferably with experience in selling brands like 3M, Ivoclar, Tokuyama, Kulzer, Septodont, MANI etc. He/She will be reporting to VP- Sales and Marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sales of dental products & consumables to dental clinics across Trivandrum.
• Increasing the share of sales from dental clinics in this region for all dental products.
• Responsible for achievement of targets and timely collections
• To be prompt in sharing daily sales route plan, making sure that maximum customers are met on the route
• Daily sales reporting and order taking
• Making sure trainings are attended on time so that he/she remains familiar with the latest trends and applications.

Skill Set:

• Good knowledge of dental products such as composites, anesthetics, files etc
• An achiever with a history of hitting monthly targets in terms of sales as well as collections.
• Familiar with the dental procurement process in hospitals/dental clinics and good connections with the dental team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be able to speak Malayalam and English well (Hindi would be an advantage).
• Exposure to eCommerce marketplace platforms would be good to have.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully leading a high-performing sales team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing sales pipelines and tracking performance metrics.
• Should be comfortable working with resellers and sub-dealers across the country.
