SPECIAL NOTES
- When there is slight differential in height between the transfer aid and the bed or chair, patients may need to grab the handle bars and lift themselves slightly in order for the seat plates to open or close.
- Height adjustment must never be done while patient is still on the chair.
- Even though a commode pail and pail holder is provided, they should not be used unless necessary, as they block the patient from getting on or off the seat.
