Gluconorm G Plus 3 Tablet is a combination oral antidiabetic medication containing Glimepiride (3 mg) and Metformin Hydrochloride (500 mg) used to control blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus
It is used when diet, exercise, or one medicine alone do not provide adequate glycemic control
Should be taken with food, typically with the first meal of the day, and at the same time daily for optimal effectiveness
Only for adults; not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years

Should not be stopped abruptly without medical advice as this may lead to uncontrollable high blood sugar and serious complications
