It is used for relief of pain and inflammation due to bone or soft tissue injury, post-operative inflammation, oedema, and other inflammatory conditions.
Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks cyclo-oxygenase enzymes to reduce pain and swelling.
Paracetamol acts as a mild analgesic and antipyretic, enhancing the pain relief action of aceclofenac.
Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps break down abnormal proteins at inflammation sites, promoting healing and thinning fluids at the injury, aiding drainage.
This fixed-dose combination is indicated in conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, headaches, moderate migraines, swelling due to trauma, and postoperative pain.
Not recommended for patients with allergies to any of its components or with severe liver, kidney, or heart disease, or active or recurrent peptic ulcers.
