Telekast L Tablet is a combination anti-allergic medication used for the management of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, chronic urticaria, and bronchial asthma.
Contains Levocetirizine (antihistamine) and Montelukast (leukotriene receptor antagonist) as active ingredients, which work together to block allergic chemicals and reduce airway inflammation.
Indicated for runny/stuffy nose, sneezing, nasal blockage, itching, watery eyes, throat irritation, skin rashes, and breathing difficulty due to allergies.
Taken as per the prescribed dose, preferably at bedtime due to possible drowsiness. Safe use requires doctor's supervision, especially in patients with liver, kidney, pregnancy, or breastfeeding concerns.
To be used with caution in persons operating machinery or driving, due to potential dizziness or sleepiness.
