It works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing fluid retention, thus lowering blood pressure.
This medicine helps prevent complications such as stroke and heart attacks by effectively controlling blood pressure.
Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in cases of severe liver impairment, or in patients allergic to its components.
Most common side effects are back pain, sore throat, nausea, abdominal pain, indigestion, diarrhoea, and headache.
