Verifica-M OD 500 Tablet is indicated for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults whose blood sugar cannot be controlled by diet and exercise alone, or with other medicines such as insulin or sulphonylureas.
This medicine is a combination of Metformin and Vildagliptin, both classified as oral antidiabetic agents.
It helps control both fasting and postprandial (after meal) blood glucose levels.
Should be used only in adults; not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years.
Before starting, inform your doctor about any liver, kidney, or heart conditions.
Should not be used in pregnancy unless prescribed by a doctor.
Alcohol consumption should be avoided due to the risk of lactic acidosis.
