Product Description:
RC Solve is a liquid for gutta-percha & zinc oxide cement dissolution.
The liquid is a derivative of orange oil which shall not irritate soft tissue or periapical area, and also offers a pleasant orange fragrance.
It does not evaporate as rapidly as chloroform or other solvents.
Indication:
During a repeat of root canal treatment, GP Points or Zinc Oxide cement is desired to be removed from the canal.
While placing the post partial removal of GP Points is desired.
Method of use:
Apply a few drops of the liquid on top of the canal from which GP Points or Zinc Oxide cement is desired to be removed, wait for 3 to 4 minutes and use Gates Glidden drills or Pesso Reamers for removal of GP points.
In curved canals, hand instruments should be used.
Contra Indication:
No known contraindication of the product has been reported.
RC Solve should not be used at or beyond the apex of the canal. Storage: Store away from sunlight in a cool and dry place.
