BUDAMATE FORTE TRANSCAPS is a combination inhaler containing Budesonide and Formoterol.
It is indicated for adults and children over 6 years for the regular management of persistent asthma and moderate to severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
Budesonide is a corticosteroid that reduces airway inflammation and prevents asthma attacks.
Formoterol is a long-acting bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and widens air passages, making it easier to breathe.
This medication is not suitable for the management of acute asthma attacks; patients should have a separate rescue inhaler.
Regular monitoring by a doctor is advised, especially in pediatric cases.
