DULOT 20 TAB contains Duloxetine, which is an antidepressant used for treating major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, diabetic neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia, chronic musculoskeletal pain, and stress urinary incontinence in women.
It works by increasing levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain, improving mood, sleep, appetite, and energy levels.
The medicine is not recommended for patients with severe liver or kidney disease, or for children and adolescents under 18.
Common side effects may include nausea, dry mouth, fatigue, headache, trouble sleeping, decreased sex drive, and blurred vision.
