Hald SR 300 Tablet is primarily used for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to manage symptoms of menopause.
It is prescribed for the treatment of amenorrhoea (absence of menstrual periods) and prevention of endometrial hyperplasia (thickening of the uterus lining).
Indicated for progesterone deficiency states, including female infertility, secondary amenorrhoea, and abnormal uterine bleeding.
Supports early pregnancy to reduce risks of threatened abortion and preterm labour.
Contains progesterone, a steroid hormone functioning similar to endogenous female sex hormones.
