Hifenac-SP Tablet is a combination medicine used to relieve pain, inflammation, and swelling associated with muscle, bone, or joint injuries, and conditions like rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis.
Features a blend of three active ingredients: Aceclofenac (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug), Paracetamol (an analgesic and antipyretic), and Serratiopeptidase (a proteolytic enzyme).
Used for management of post-operative inflammation, oedema, headache, migraines, musculoskeletal pain, and reducing fever.
Provides its effects by blocking the release of chemicals in the brain that cause pain and inflammation, and promotes healing by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation.
Should not be taken by individuals with allergies to its ingredients, active or recurrent peptic ulcers, severe heart, liver, or kidney disease.
