IDOFNIB 100MG Capsule contains Nintedanib, a tyrosine kinase inhibitor used to manage conditions such as idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF), chronic fibrosing interstitial lung diseases (ILDs) with a progressive phenotype, and systemic sclerosis-associated interstitial lung disease (SSc-ILD).
It is also employed in combination therapy for locally advanced, metastatic, or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) of adenocarcinoma tumor histology after first-line chemotherapy.
By inhibiting growth factors, this medicine slows down lung scarring, reduces swelling, and helps maintain lung function.
