Lupisoz D Capsule is a combination medicine containing Esomeprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) and Domperidone (a dopamine antagonist).
Primarily used for the management of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and other acidity-related conditions.
Esomeprazole reduces acid secretion in the stomach by blocking the gastric proton pump.
Domperidone enhances gastrointestinal motility and prevents nausea and vomiting by blocking dopamine receptors.
May also provide relief from symptoms such as heartburn, bloating, indigestion, belching, and upper abdominal pain.
