Meril Mitsu (AB) Antibacterial Synthetic Absorbable Braided Suture is a mid-term absorbable surgical suture made from poly(glycolide-co-l-lactide) (90/10) and coated with Triclosan for enhanced antibacterial protection.
Each pack contains 12 sutures.
Primarily used for general soft tissue approximation and ligation in various surgical procedures to reduce the risk of surgical site infections (SSI) by inhibiting colonization of pathogens.
Complies with the Absorbable Surgical Suture requirements per the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and European Pharmacopoeia (EP).
Available in various sizes and with different types of stainless-steel needles.
