Percin Tablet is an antibiotic medicine containing Prulifloxacin, primarily used to treat infections caused by susceptible bacteria, including urinary tract infections (UTIs), lower respiratory tract infections (like bronchitis and pneumonia), sinusitis, tonsillitis, skin and soft tissue infections, and infections of female genital organs.[1][2][4]
It acts by inhibiting the DNA gyrase enzyme in bacteria, disrupting bacterial DNA synthesis and leading to bacterial cell death.[1][2]
Percin Tablet is available in strips of 5 tablets, each containing 600 mg Prulifloxacin.[2][3]
