PREGASTAR M - OD 75 Tablet is a prescription medicine used for the management of neuropathic pain due to diabetic peripheral neuropathy, post-herpetic neuralgia, trigeminal neuralgia, and pain from spinal cord injuries or multiple sclerosis.
This medicine contains Pregabalin (75 mg), an anticonvulsant that reduces nerve pain by inhibiting pain signals, and Methylcobalamin (1500 mcg), a form of vitamin B12 that supports nerve regeneration.
It is generally taken by mouth, with or without food, ideally at bedtime, following the prescribing doctor's instructions on dose and duration.
This combination is effective in pain relief and helps protect, heal, and support overall nerve function.
