T-VOBIT 1 Tablet is a combination anti-diabetic medication used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults when diet, exercise, and monotherapy or dual therapy are insufficient.
It contains Metformin Hydrochloride (500 mg), Glimepiride (1 mg), and Voglibose (0.2 mg) as active ingredients.
The three components lower blood glucose by improving insulin sensitivity, increasing pancreatic insulin release, and slowing carbohydrate absorption.
For best effect, it must be accompanied by diet and exercise as advised by your healthcare provider.
It is not suitable for those with allergies to its components or for patients with severe kidney, liver, or heart conditions.
