VALENTAS 50 MG TAB is used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization in patients with chronic heart failure (NYHA Class II-IV) and reduced ejection fraction.
This medication is a combination of sacubitril and valsartan, classified as an angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI).
Works by relaxing blood vessels, enhancing blood flow, and decreasing heart workload.
Should not be used in pregnancy, breastfeeding, severe liver disease, or by those with a history of angioedema or certain drug interactions.
Dizziness, light-headedness, nausea, headache, and fainting are some of its side effects.
