VOBIT 0.2 Tablet is an antidiabetic medication used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus, particularly to control postprandial (after meal) blood glucose levels.
It contains voglibose as its active ingredient, which acts by slowing the digestion and absorption of carbohydrates in the intestine, thereby preventing spikes in blood glucose after eating.
Typically used in adjunct with diet and exercise when other therapies do not provide adequate glycemic control.
