Vobit M 0.3 Tablet is a prescription medicine used for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults where diet, exercise, and single agent therapy have not resulted in adequate glycemic control.
It contains a combination of two medicines: Metformin and Voglibose.
Metformin reduces sugar production in the liver and increases the body's sensitivity to insulin, while Voglibose slows down the breakdown and absorption of carbohydrates, reducing post-meal blood sugar spikes.
The medicine should be taken as directed by your physician, ideally with meals to prevent abdominal discomfort.
Regular monitoring of blood sugar and kidney function is recommended during use.
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children below 18 years, or patients with severe kidney disease.
