Contains a combination of dapagliflozin (5 mg) and metformin hydrochloride (500 mg).
Primarily indicated when blood sugar cannot be adequately controlled with single medicine or other therapies.
May be used in combination with insulin or GLP-1 receptor agonists for advanced diabetes management.
Not recommended for individuals with severe kidney or liver disease, recent heart attack, or certain conditions such as lactic acidosis, dehydration, and shock.
