MIRA S 50 Tablet is a prescription combination medicine containing Mirabegron and Solifenacin.
It is primarily used to manage the symptoms of overactive bladder (OAB) including urinary incontinence (leakage), urgency, frequent urination, increased night-time urination, and dysuria (painful urination).
Mirabegron (a beta-3 adrenergic agonist) relaxes the bladder muscle to increase urine storage, while Solifenacin (an anti-cholinergic) decreases undesirable bladder contractions, further increasing bladder capacity.
The medicine should be administered strictly as prescribed by your doctor and can be taken with or without food.
Not recommended for patients with severe liver/kidney problems, or who cannot pass urine (urinary retention).
